About the SMS Program

GMH Trans may send text messages to people who ask to hear from us about driving, owner-operator, or lease-on opportunities. Messages may include:

• Responses to recruiting inquiries.
• Information about available opportunities and qualification requirements.
• Application status, interview, scheduling, and onboarding updates.
• Follow-up questions related to information you submitted.

Consent to Receive Text Messages

You may opt in by submitting a form that includes SMS consent, by asking us to text you, or through another method we make available. By opting in, you authorize GMH Trans and service providers acting on our behalf to send recurring text messages to the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using an automated system.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number. Please notify us if your number changes or is reassigned.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your inquiry or application. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. GMH Trans does not charge a separate fee for the SMS Program.

Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a GMH Trans text message. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. You may also use common opt-out words such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

After opting out, you will no longer receive messages from that SMS program unless you provide consent again. Opting out of text messages does not prevent you from contacting us or receiving non-SMS communications that you have separately agreed to receive.

Delivery and Wireless Carriers

Text message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS Program may not be available through every carrier or on every device.

Do not rely on text messages for emergencies or urgent safety matters. GMH Trans is not responsible for losses caused by delayed, failed, or misdirected messages to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy

We use your mobile number and SMS communications to operate the SMS Program, respond to you, and support our recruiting process. We do not sell your personal information or share your SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us deliver and manage messages, as required by law, or to protect our rights.

Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the SMS Program. You agree not to use the program to send unlawful, abusive, or harmful content. Text messaging is not a secure channel, so do not send Social Security numbers, payment card information, account passwords, or other highly sensitive information by text.

Changes and Termination

We may modify or discontinue the SMS Program or update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate participation if we reasonably believe the program is being misused or if continued messaging is not possible.
